Things are a little slow around here tonight, so I just thought I'd ask what is something that can feed a group of 11 people (6 adults and 5 kids) breakfast, lunch and dinner. We are having a bunch of people come visit us this summer and was wondering waht to make to serve everyone. Since the weather will be nice we can BBQ and I will probably make Amy's lasagna- any other ideas?

Most any recipe can be doubled, tripled ect...especially casserole type things that you can also freeze. Briskets are good for a crowd and you can put on in the oven at 250 and cook it for 6 hours so you don't need to be home for it, then just make side dishes when you are ready. Tacos, fajitas are easy and good for large groups.

This is a good website of breakfastes from various Bed and Breakfast places, they NEED to cook for crowds! LOL

Thanks Ann! I don't have the time right now to look at that website, but I'll check it out later. :)
