View Full Version : Baked Ziti
here you go JAK and everyone....easy... easy.... easy :)
cook ziti noodles as package recommends
rinse and drain
mix ziti with any jarred sauce or homemade spagetti sauce
place cooked ziti and sauce in cassarol or lasagna pan, cover with motzarella cheese, repeat if you can....top with more motzarella...and bake in 350 oven for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes....
yummy
:licklips:
I add some ricotta and either browned ground beef or Italian sausage to Renee's recipe. It's pretty good and gooey too. I am lazy though, I don't even layer, I just mix it all together and bake! LOL

ooh that ricotta sounds yummy, I'll have to try that....sorry about omitting the MEAT....I forget that everyone else in the world is able to put it in there FOOD....LOL.....
I don't always put the meat in it either! LOL Sometimes I add drained chopped spinach...really yummy. My kids like that better than the meat in it.
Thanks Renee and Ann- that sounds yummy and easy! I'll have to try it sometime. :)

I'll have to give it a try one of these days (minus the meat).
Renee, what ever happened to that casserole you were trying with the rice, peppers and cream of mushroom soup?
