No idea. I want something scrumptious. :) Was thinking about doing chicken in the crockpot with taco seasoning and salsa that was posted here once...who's recipe is that?

We are having cheese raviloi's with meat sauce and some sort of veggie. A salad sounds good- we'll see what the dk's are in the mood for.

Karla- the chicken sounds good that way. I did a beef roast like that once and made tacos with it. It was really good.

Karla, I've done chicken that way. I put the chicken in with a small jar of chunky salsa, taco seasoning, and cook on low. For the last half an hour I add some low fat sour cream to thicken it up a little bit.

I've been seeing this post all day and just now realized that it's *today* that's the last day of February! :)

We're having grilled salmon cakes, cheesy potatoes or baked potatoes and a veggie of some sort. Guess I need to get my act together since it's already after 5:00!

I made Spaghetti with meat sauce tonight. I haven't been feeling that great lately, so I wasn't into cooking to much.

Have had a really quezy stomach and I am so tired.

Hope you all enjoyed your dinners.
