here is what I do...we love it....) points too....:lol:
1 head green cabbage
4 vegetable bullion cubes (you can use beef or chicken)
1 can (15 oz) stewed tomatoes
1 cup frozen corn kernels
1 cubed turnip
1 sliced parsnip
1 onion chopped
8 cups water
1 can (15oz) kidney beans
simmer covered all day...when cabbage gets boiled down....its ready....we usually bake a loaf of bread in the bread maker....tastey and if boiled long enough...its usually not gasy..:lol: :blush: enjoy....
