Anyone cooking tonight?
We are having cheese ravioli with meat sauce and a salad. I think I was going to make it last week, but something happened and I didn't.
Either poor man's stroganoff or meat loaf with veggies and a salad, not sure which.
We are having ham, potatoes, brussel sprouts.

My fridge and pantry look empty but we still have lots of food? How can that be? lol I am going to make salmon tonight. I have already prepared the salad and cut up some yummy pineapple. I will have twice-baked potato and make Brichard some fat free hash browns. veggie? hmmm... broccoli, carrot, cauliflower mix? No dessert, we've eaten way too many cookies since saturday!
pork chops , salad.....and cabbage soup....:licklips:
Probably chicken/biscuit casserole. It's diced chicken, diced potatoes, baby carrots, a can of drained french green beans and a large can of cream of chicken soup. Mix and bake in 9 x 13 for 45 minutes to an hour (400*). Once it's bubbly you add a can of quartered biscuits for 15 minutes.

Not sure tonight. We had chicken fajitas last night. Grilled extra chicken and put it in the freezer for quesadillas some night.
We had hamburger patties, green beans, salad and a new potato casserole: mashed potatoes mixed with 1/2 cup sour cream, sauted onions & mushrooms spread in a greased dish and topped with parmesan cheese, baked at 400 for 20 minutes. It was really good.
I ordered the family sized George Forman Grill from QVC last night. It should be here by Saturday. I can't wait. I really loved grilled chicken and veggies and would have prefered to grill my hamburger tonight.
Renee you have one, right? Do you use it alot and is it worth the money? A little late now, but I do get a 30 day trial on it.

I have GE grill (not the Foreman) and I love it! I grilled steaks on it this weekend and they were wonderful. I like how it cooks the meat so much faster than any other method of cooking meat. Lately I have been using mine about once a week or at least once every other week. (Mine has the removable grill plates, which I just love for cleaning purposes) I hope that you enjoy your new grill when you get it Kat.

I spent almost all of my afternoon (nap time) making meatballs... so I made Speghetti and meatballs for supper. I made enough meatballs for about 3 or 4 meals... and also made a bunch of extra sauce to freeze. We also had a salad along with some garlic/cheese bread. No dessert... :)
