I'm making a tuna casserole tonight. Anyone have a favourite tuna casserole recipe they want to share?

We're having beef stroganoff and a salad. I usually make this on the stove but I'm trying it in the crockpot today. I hope it turns out ok.

The one I make is simple:

1 can tuna
16 oz egg noodles ~ cooked
2 TB butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/3 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste

Mix everything together and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes. Can top with crunched up potato chips.

I haven't made a meal since he has been gone! LOL The kids could care less if I made a meal or not. They are loving mac and cheese and chicken strip wraps. LOL

We're going out to dinner!!! :yippee: My dh worked day shift today and he called me and asked me if I wanted to go out to a really good (or so I've heard) pizza place. YUM!! :)
