ok, I don't work for the company, but I got a sample a while ago from Benefiber, its from the makers of Ex-lax......grit free, non thickening, flavor free....it completely dissolves in beverages and soft foods....sugar free...
I am only posting this, because I can remember a thread on constipation and fiber supplements.....I love Metamucil for those things...but with this being tastless, and non thickening....what the heck...anyway...just sharing my find of the month...:lol:
