While on one of my MANY doctor-supervised diets, he told me how to break a plateau and it worked for me:

All you eat all day is six small apples--one every two hours.

I know that seems tough, but I was on 500 calories/day at the time so it felt like Thanksgiving to me! ;)

I've even done it in the morning only--one apple every two hours and then went back to my regular diet in the afternoon--and it still worked for me.

What works for you?

Wow, never heard of that! Sounds rough, but if it works, it may well be worth it! I'm going to keep it in mind!!!!
I've not heard of any other plateau breakers, but welcome any suggestions!!!!!
