Anyone every try this? You eat right for your blood type.
A friend of mine recently bought a book about it and is totally sold. She read a brief description for my blood type and I was surprised at how accurate it was for me. Hard to believe that everyone with O+ blood should eat the same, though.
Just wondering if anyone else is into this or has heard/read about it and would like your thoughts on it.

I heard someone talking about it at work one day. But don't remember the specifics, something about A blood types shouldn't eat red meat... 8o AACCCKKK!!!!!
When he was describing it, it did make sense, but I've not heard any more about it. Maybe need to go to the bookstore and check it out!!!!

This isn't the book my friend has, but it's the back cover of a similar one if anyone wants to check it out (scroll down):
While I don't like meat much and can't eat it well now, I do know that my body responds well to my eating it. The Atkins Diet and low carb/high protein diets always worked very well for me. According to the book my friend has, she should be a vegetarian--but she loves meat. So, I guess you don't necessarily crave the foods you truly need? Maybe that's a result of years of conditioning? She did say that as a child, she didn't like meat, but grew to like it as she got older. When I was a kid, I would only eat my meat and would sit and stare at my vegetables until bedtime. And my Irish family couldn't understand why I wasn't crazy about potatoes like them! ;) LOL!
Anyway, I think I'm going to get the book. I'll let you know what I think.
never heard of it....I'll try to look for it at the library this week....
I need a kick start.....:( I am stuck....can't seem to move my scale...:(
