Just wondering how things are going with you? How much weight have you lost now? Your face looks so much thinner in your lastest picture. Keep up the great work!

Thank you, Guys!
I feel WONDERFUL! Since I've been eating the protein bars, my hair loss has stopped and I have much more energy! :)
I like the peanut butter fudge coated GeniSoy bars, Renee...pretty tasty and higher in protein than most (14 grams).

I imagine it's really difficult to stick to such a strict diet. Are you still on 500 cal a day?

Thank you, Jeannie!
The 500 calorie a day diet was from years ago. I just eat what I can eat now, which isn't much.
When I've gone to dinner with people or over to someone's house for dinner, it sometimes makes the other people uncomfortable--they look all concerned and try to make me eat more or they say that they feel bad eating in front of me. I just explain that it's ok because I'm not hungry. When I was dieting and incredibly hungry, that was different--it was difficult. But it's not now.
Next to having my Monkey, it's the best thing I ever did!

Mikey, It's funny how people (especally mom's) obsess about what or how much someone else is eating. I try not to but I find it really difficult not to say anything especially with my dd. I was at a dinner party and one of my friends was trying to convince the other to take a bigger slice of cake. (The "other friend" is a nervous eater and is very thin, but she is aware she has a problem.) It was starting to become an agruement, so I said "Oh for crying out loud let her cut her own cake!" I don't know if it was helpful or not, but it ended the arguement.
