Hi all!
Went to the Dr. today for my back and he suspects that I have a herniated (sp?) disk which is causing the nerve problem. Soooooooo....I have to go in for an MRI to get it checked out and then go back for a follow-up appt. I forgot to ask what they do for a herniated disk.?(

I would guess that the treatment depends on how bad it is so he couldn't tell you until after the MRI for sure anyway. Prayers to you! I hope the treatment is short and simple!

good luck with your MRI...I have had a herniated disc myself, and was treated with medication for the pain/swelling around the disc.....and bed rest....then exercise and physical therapy to strenthen my back.....

I too am hoping for your speedy recovery to this....:)
