What a week. I am having a surprise bday party here for dh this Saturday. Silly me getting talked into doing it at home, huh? Must have been experiencing a "sometimer"! ;) (Thanks kat for the new word!) I have been trying to keep the house clean and sneak in and hide food, decos, etc. If that wasn't enough dh is having his basketball team here Friday night for their end of the season party. I panicked when he said he wanted to do it Sat and when I talked him out of that had to agree to do it here Fri so I didn't raise any suspicions as to why it wasn't a good time! Ugh! Youngest ds got the flu yesterday. I am hoping he is better soon and that the rest of us aren't sick for the wknd. Keep your fingers crossed for us and feel free to pass on some cheese to go with my WHINE today!! LOL or at least trying to in the midst of my dilemma! ;)

How is everyone else's week and does anyone have any exciting wknd plans? :)

Thanks gals! :) Coming here is giving me a break from the stress I am feeling...and from cleaning! Ds seems to be doing a little better today and is actually playing right now. Huge change from earlier when all he wanted to do was lay on me. At least he's up and about a little so hopefully I can get something accomplished today. Thanks again and I'll let you know how the party goes!

Hope your surprise party works out. My dh always found out about his. I stopped trying to have them. Hope everything turns out okay for the basetball party too. Sounds like you're going to have a busy few day's at your house... a basketball party AND a surprise birthday party? Not too sure I could do that. LOL I'm sure everything will turn out just GREAT. Forgot to ask... how's your ds feeling? Lots of flu going around lately. I hope he's feeling much better by now I'll keep my fingers crossed that nobody else get's it either. :)

Thanks for asking. He is feeling much better, thank goodness. Now if the rest of us can just get through today. :)

The bball party went well last night. They are really nice kids and have a blast playing with dks toys! LOL! I cut out around 8 and went out with some friends last night. It was good to just get out of the house. I don't think dh suspects anything for tonight. I had friends and family send him "thirty of something" in the mail, so I think he thinks that is his suprise! LOL! Or he if anything I think he thinks people will be at the restaurant tonight when we go out to eat. I didn't dare tell ds what is going on because it would have been blabbed long ago. He's in that stage of thinking it's fun to tell secrets. :) I'll let you know how things go tonight!
