been having a hard time breaking this platue....wondering how everyone else is doing....working out has been coming easier everyday for me...which is great.....temptation eating hasn't gotten to me either....but not moving the scale has been really hard on me mentally.....

going to try more exercise at night.....did three apples today between meals Mickey ;) hoping that helps....lots of water too :tinysmile I'm so close now.....10 pounds and more clothes in my closet will fit...20 pounds and I will have hit the goal.....

so how is everyone else fairing?

I'm doing much better since I vented last week (thanks for listening everyone) :)

I have been eating much healthier, eating 3 meals a day, and drinking lots of water. I've been going on the treadmill every day and doing "spot" exercises 2-3 times a day .

I haven't weighed myself at all...but my clothes feel pretty much the same :\ Coming up to my "bloated" time ;) so I'm sure that doesn't help. I would love to see the scale move, so I decided not to weigh myself for at least 2 weeks.

Haven't tried the apple routine yet, but I might.

I finally caved in and ordered a treadmill because I never seem to have the time to go around the block. Dh is going to move one of our tv's and stereo's to the basement so I will be extremely motivated to workout.

Other than that-Im doing good. I have decided not to weigh myself, but to take measurements ever couple of weeks. I have a goal that is reasonable and as long as I reach that goal-I could care less how much I weigh. I only have 1 1/2 inches to go on my waist, 1 inch on my hips and 2 inches on my bust.

Renee, it'll happen! You're doing great!!!! It's easy to get frustrated when nothing's happening, but it will again!

Amy, lucky dog! I'm starting to seriously consider buying a treadmill. Even though I've been walking at work everyday, I could do more in the evenings after dd goes to bed. What kind and where did you get it?!

I just went out today and bought 10 lb weights. I have 5 lb ankle wrist weights, but I need/want to move up... slowly. I've also added more ab exercises. All I want is a little change before I hit Mexico in May. I plan to keep it up until I'm happy with the way I look and how my clothes fit. It's a slow process, and it's really hard to keep it up sometimes, but it is getting easier. The exercise is definitely getting easier. I've really started to enjoy it. That's amazing for me!!!!! Never thought those words would come out of my mouth.
