we are having "Special Chicken" :chicken: as my kids call it....:lol: boneless chicken sauteed in Olive Oil, with Mrs Dash sprinkled on to it....with white rice, green beans and cottage cheese...dh is having a veggie chicken pattie....:chicken: :lol:

We are going to this dinky chinese restaraunt that has a buffet that my dd adores for her birthday dinner.

Did have the most wonderful pork tenderloin salad while we were at the lake.
I had fixed the tenderloin for dinner Sunday, but one of the other gals made the salad from the leftovers. She cut the tender into bite size but not tiny pieces. Sliced (not chopped) some celery. Stripped fresh tarragon off the stalk, but didn't chop it finely. Added in a dash of mustard and just enough mayo to coat...it was incredible!!!!

We're having pork chops, baked potatoes, and salad. Taking out a chicken tonight to roast tomorrow.
