What's on the menu today?
I am fixing Karla's creamy italian chicken! Can't wait to try it!
Not really sure, dh is going with some friends to watch the basketball tournament, so I might do a pot of veggie soup or just scramble up some eggs.

Howdy,
Yes, we have been eating. Last night, we had homemade hamburgers. Yummy. I think DD is going through a growth spurt; she had 1 1/2.
Tonight shall be hamburger helper (cooked with the left-over hamburger meat.)
I appreciate this thread as you can see my cooking menu needs help!!
I put Angie's pork roast with onion soup mix and cranberry sauce in the crock pot this a.m. Hope it turns out good. Thursday has now become my ESL tutoring day.
I've got a pot of hamburger soup in the crockpot.

It smells great! I just added the cream cheese and soup. I used campbells cream of mushroom with garlic...mmmmm
I think I'm going to add some diced, cooked potatoes to leftover ham and beans, for soup. Sounds quick which is good since Thursdays are bible study nights!
Poor ds isn't liking a lot of what I'm fixing for dinners right now. He keeps begging his grandmothers to invite us over for dinner, LOL! 8o Is that a major hint, or what?
