Would they have fun playing with homemade silly putty. They could all take some home?
I have three craft books from the library right now. One is for 5-10 yr olds. I'll do some looking and get back to you. :)

Green-Haired Martians
Let them decorate clear plastic cups with paper scraps, cereal, beads, markers, buttons, colored glue, etc to make Martian faces. You could also use different kinds of dyed pasta if you have rubbing alcohol and food coloring.
Punch two holes in the top (on one each side of face) and then twist pipe cleaners on to look like antennae. These can be decorated with more buttons and beads.
Fill the cup with potting soil and plant grass seed. They can take them home and watch their martians grow green hair. :)
There's also a craft where kids can plant grass in empty eggs shells that they draw faces on.
Potato Monsters:
Paint a potato and then decorate with eyes, etc. Dks did these last week and had a blast. They glues on google eyes, pressed in paper clips that I pulled apart and reshaped, staples, and colored toothpicks. The potatoes are supposed to have eyes growing out of them ad they are supposed to be painted a different color, but ours didn't have any eyes yet and they still turned out cute.
The 2 yo might have fun doing marble painting. Cut paper into an egg shape. Put in a cake pan with a mrble. Add some paint (2 colors) and roll it back and forth creating a design.
Body and face painting:
1 tsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp cold cream
1/2 tsp water
food coloring
mix together for each color and then paint on. It's supposed to wash off easily.
