Making these for the goody baskets for dd's Easter party tomorrow!
I made it simple and just used refrigerated sugar cookie dough, rolled it into balls, baked for the recommended time, then put a thumbprint in them. After they're cool, put a spot of prepared frosting in the indentation and stick in 3 egg-shaped candies (I used the mini robin's eggs malted milk candies) and Viola! Bird's nests!!!
