Okay, I've done enough wimpering and whining!!!!! I'm back to the good habits!!!! Having to work extra hard though, to make up for the chocolate attack!!!!! (which was in no way my fault!!!) :biglaugh:

We can do it. No more excuses!! If you slackers don't get back with the program, I'll be forced to draw a picture of myself in a bathing suit and use it against you!!! :lol: (actually, that's just an empty threat, I like you guys too much!!!)

ROFL!!

With all this chronic female problems, Im determined to get myself healthier. I walked on my treamill for 45 minutes today. Its amazing how fast the time goes by when you are watching your favorite soap at the same time! LOL I don't eat a lot of junk food, but need to tell dh to keep the chocolate away from me and hide it! LOL

Yep I gotta run again. I don't want to lose what I have built up the past few months. I haven't run since Monday, but come Saturday I will run.
