View Full Version : Do your kids take vitamins?

if so are they perscription kind or over the counter....also anyone elses kids on Flouride tablets? since we have well water up here....the kids take a flouride tab every morning... I have my kids taking Centrum Jr.....over the counter stuff....just being nosey...:)

I don't give ds vitamins and I never have. His pediatritian told me that I don't need to if he eats right (and he does).

Didn't give flouride for a long time (because of things I read) and I was told by ds' dentist that it wasn't a big deal since most kids swallow toothpaste, but we've been doing the pills for over a year now. (Btw, there is no flouride in our water.)

Don't give vitamins for the same reason Mick gave.
Our water has flouride in it.

Our water has flouride in it. I give my kids a multi-vitamin each morning because they are kind of "picky" eaters. I look at it as kind of "insurance". :rolleyes:
