View Full Version : I'm Back BABYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!
Well it looks like B motivated me to go run today -- Thank you sir!!
Went out and ran 8 miles at an 8:47 pace. That is my best time for this year at that distance. I was amazed. I haven't run in three weeks what I normally cover in a week. I am a bit tired and it didn't feel like an awesome run, but I am happy with the results.
I am at 196. I was at 191 for one day in March. The rest of the month I have been between 193-196. This is a great leap for me. If you haven't figured out yet, I am quite to yo-yo when it comes to weight loss. To stay in a four pound range for 30 days is unheard of for me.
Now I have to quit the cheetos and doritos.

Good for you Jeff!
I think I'm actually going to return the socks I bought yesterday and get some of those cool Max socks. They are more expensive, but it will be worth it to avoid the blisters. I'm also going to have to break down soon and buy one of those bladders. I may have somebody buy a bladder for me as an advanced birthday present.

Wow... 8o I couldn't even imagine running 8 miles... how on earth do you do it? They'd have to come and scoop me up with a gurney after two... maybe three miles. LOL ?( I'm sure I'd never survive EIGHT. 8o I have no doubts at all that I could WALK it but no way run. I'm in awe of you guy's... I wish I could do that. :)
Diane...

I have two pairs. Both are anti-blister. One is thin and one is regular. Both do the trick.
