I made this for Easter dessert and it was a HUGE hit!!! It's great because it's a light dessert after eating a big meal! And simple to make!!Strawberry Yogurt Layer Cake

1 (18.25 ounce) package reduced-fat white cake mix
cooking spray
8 cups strawberry fat-free frozen yogurt, softened
3 cups frozen reduced-calorie whipped topping, thawed
fresh strawberries

Prepare and bake cake according to package directions, using 2 9-inch round cake pans coated with cooking spray. Let cake cool in pans on wire racks 10 minutes. Remove from pans; let cool completely on wire racks. Split cake layers in half horizontally using a serrated knife of a long piece of dental floss; place 1 bottom layer, cut side up, on a freezer-safe plate. Spread with one-third of yogurt and freeze. Repeat procedure with remaining cake layers and yogurt, ending with a cake layer. Cover and freeze at least 3 hours. Spread with whipped topping over top and sides of cake; cover loosely and freeze until firm. Let stand at room tempature5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve frozen. Garnish with strawberries, if desired. Yield 14 servings at 7 points each.

No problem! Hope you all like it!! Actually, I didn't do four layers.. .who needs the hassle of trying to cut layers?!!! LOL Plus, my layers didn't rise well, so there really wasn't too much to divide! It was fine just having the yogurt between the two layers! Still just as yummy!!!!
