What do you like on your pizza?

I got lazy tonight and decided to order a pizza (or two/three... four) for supper. We usually either end up with practically NOTHING on our pizza because nobody can ever agree with what we should or shouldn't put on it. My dh and I LOVE mushrooms, green pepers and onions... but the kids hate ALL of that stuff. LOL My oldest dd likes lots of cheese, peperoni and black olives, but the other two don't like any of that stuff either... Just seems like nobody can ever agree with anything when it comes to ordering our pizza and so we usually end up with LOTS of pizza's, just to accomodate everybody. Tonight when I called though... they informed me that they could make 1/2 of the pizza one kind and the other half another kind... and THAT definitely helped. So anyway, I'm just wondering... what are some of your favorite things you have put on your pizza when ordering out? Anybody like anchovies? Ugh!!!

Sometimes we do 1/2 jalapeno peppers for dh, but then he gets 1/2 a pizza all to himself. We're pretty boring, usually 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni. Sometimes dh and I get a supreme and the kids get a cheese or pepperoni. OK, now you've made me hungry and I'm going to have to go heat up some of the pizza we've got leftover in the fridge!

We can't all agree on one kind either. We usually get a pepperonit and mushroom for dh & I, then another with 1/2 cheese 1/2 hamburger.

Pineapple and ham!! Yum Yum!! Dh likes everything but the kitchen sink! LOL

If we are ordering from the ordinary pizza places we like mushrooms and onions. Kids will only eat cheese which is a step up from having to scrape everything off the pizza for them, including the pizza sauce. Dh and I love spinach specialty pizza with bacon, onion and a white sauce. mmmmmm

So far we have been pretty lucky with the boys and toppings they will eat. We like sausage, mushrooms, green olives, black olives, pepperoni, canadian bacon... Oldest ds (almost 4) will even request black olives and pick them off of ours when his are all gone! Sometimes it's nice to just have a plain pepperoni or sausage pizza once in a while though. All of this talk about pizza is making me hungry! LOL!

Dh and I usually get pepperoni, mushrooms, black olives, & bacon. If I am getting one just for me I get pineapple and mushrooms. Pineapple and ham is good too though. I just figured out what is for dinner tonight. Thanks for helping me because I could not decide.:)

Sounds great! I love the spinach pizza at CiCi's. I'll eat just about anything on a pizza, not so with the rest of the clan. Dh likes meat, meat, meat; DS and ds like plain cheese with ranch dressing for dipping. We usally get pizza once a week to take to carry-out fellowship prior to Wed. night Bible study. We usally go the 1/2 and 1/2 route and buy 2 pizzas so we have lunch the next day. Usually order 1 cheese pizza and the other with 1/2 meat and 1/2 veggie which I prefer.

It's funny how we all try to accomodate (sp. I wish we had spell check, because I hate writing something that seems wrong. spell police are you there?) everyone in our families. When I was growing up we only ordered Supreme with everything and if you didn't like it, you picked it off.

Pizza Hut Supreme is my favorite! The kids pick off the mushrooms, green pepper, onion and olive. (Funny thing is we ALL pick off the green pepper! Why have them put it on in the first place, LOL???!) The kids like cheese, ham, pineapple, pepperoni and sausage. Usually we get a four topper with sausage, pepperoni, onion and mushroom. We had this excellent pizza in Phoenix one year when dh was there on a business trip. It was called the farmer's market and it had mushroom, onion, green pepper, zuchinni and tomatoes on it! They were all saute'd in some kind of olive oil and herb combination! YUM!! Pizza has to be my favorite food! :0)

Cheese for the kids....so one cheese pizza please, and dh and I love Garlic or White pizza's with spinach, mushrooms, and fried eggplant.....YUMMMY....I'm hungry now...LOL....I like pretty much any pizza but I won't eat anchovies.....eeeh

I love all types of fresh veggie pizzas and the really different kinds, like Thai chicken, that you can get at California Pizza Kitchen! None of that here in ND, and when we visit my dh's relatives in KS, they think I'm really weird. Of course, they get "Meat Lovers"! I'm in major withdrawal here.

I have never even heard of a pizza with white sauce. Where do you get these and other specialty pizzas? I must live in a cave! LOL!

When we were still in Maine, we ordered from a place that we called Naked Pizza, (I think it had another name, but that's what was on the menus we had). They had the best feta cheese and spinach pizza in the world!

Every Monday night we have a bunch of people over, and we always oder pizza. We usually get 1 mushroom, 1 sausage, 1 pepperoni, and 1 pineapple and ham (mine, I insist on it). The guys always complain about the pineapple and ham pizza, but funny there is never any left over....

I was very reluctant when they first came out with the pineapple/ham pizza. I LOVE pineapple but didn't think it would taste too good on a pizza. We tried it one night and it was SOOO good. Now we always order at least 1/2 pizza with pineapple/ham on it. Everybody but 1 dd likes it. We tried a pizza with anchovies one night and I thought it was about the grossest thing I'd ever tasted. Yuck! :)

I have never tried anchovies. Eeew! We used to order pineappple and ham pizza when I was little - I haven't had it for years. I'd like to have just a slice :) without ordering a whole pizza bcuz I don't think dh or dks would eat it.
