View Full Version : The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly.

The Good:

My new coolmax socks are great! I ran 6 miles yesterday Jeff with no blistering.

The Bad:

I'm not running enough. I did the one 8 mile run last week, but that is it. I need to be running three times per week.

The Ugly:

I actually weighed 200 pounds on Monday. That is the first time I've weighed that in awhile. I always said that 200 pounds would be my "wakeup call" and so far this week it has. I'm not eating as well as when I lost, but my habits are starting to take shape again.

The Easter holiday didn't help, but I can honestly say I crave the healthier foods and vegetables that I've not been eating enough of. I've also not been drinking enough water while my caffeine consumption has increased.

I'm in training mode now though! Now alcoholic beverages until after the race, and I'm getting back into the eating swing!!!
