am at 198! I actually weighed 204 mid-day Saturday which helped inspire my fast! Anyway, I actually was starting to eat more fruit and vegetables this last week. I am so glad I asked dw to pick up fruit and bottled water on our way to the hotel. Not only did it save money, but it kept my eating intake better. I still fell off the wagon and ate some peanuts and cookies, but the improvement overall was there.

Here is my plan for the week. It is a bit aggressive, but with the Mini only 4 weeks away I need to do it.

Sunday- Rest
Monday- Rest
Tuesday- 7 mile run
Wednesday- 2 mile walk
Thursday- 7 mile run
Friday- 2 mile walk
Saturday- 10 mile run

I've done a 6 mile run and a 5.4 mile run last week, so I'm not that far off the 7 mile run attempt. I've also done an 8 mile run which is just 2 miles shy of the 10 miler. If I can do this for the next four weeks I should be in real good shape for the mini. Normally I only do one 10 mile run prior to the mini, but this year I am shooting for loftier speed goals. I figure the only way to hit them is to at least be able to go at the proper speed for 10 miles.

I'm shooting for a weight loss of 1-2 pounds. My previous low was 193, so once I hit that I will be at my prior stopping point on the road to 180!

How are you going to run 10 miles with 2 kids? Is Jeff going to come and watch them for you? :newwink:

Nah....stick to the original plan. Kids love doing things with their parents. Of course whether you get to 10 miles or not will depend on who's chasing who!! LOL
