You will need 2 parts Elmers Glue and 1 part liquid starch. Gradually pour starch into glue and mix. If mixture is sticky, add more starch. Add a little food coloring if wanted, for variety. Cover and refrigerate overnight. By morning it will be ready to be pulled and twisted by the little ones!
