I had my Gyn. app't today. I LOVE this guy and he knows my old Gyn from NC. I wrote him a case history and he went through it with me in detail and gave me a list of things he is thinking of doing depending on the exam. We get to the 7th pelvic exam and my cervix looks NORMAL, no discharge, but a little enlarged. ?( He did another yeast test and BV test-All normal again. I asked him if I need a biopsy and he said "hell no". You just had a pap and it came back normal, why do we need to biopsy? That was the best news!! :happydance:

What I need to do now is keep a diary of when this itching and pain comes in, run to him so he can test me and try to find the cause of this. He also told me that I was very hyped up about this (well duh-LOL) and that maybe stress was causing part. He also said I look like I have low estrogen. I'm supposed to have blood drawn, but didn't have time today. I have always thought it was hormone related.

I'm cruising home on the highway and I get a flat tire! Im dying here because I had no one to call to rescue me! This was the first time I really felt my dh's absense. Two off-duty sheriff's stopped to help me-thank you lord! I Just made it back to Pueblo to pick up ds from pre-school. I'm going to wal-mart to get a new tire and picking up a bottle of wine too!

Well, I'm very glad to hear you don't have to have a biopsy, and that at least for the moment, the ole cervix has calmed down! Good idea keep a journal of what you're doing/eating/thinking when you get a flare up.

Sorry about the flat, that sucks! Enjoy the wine!

I am not in the slightest an expert in this area, but I had a friend who was having some probs and it ended up being something that her partner was eating. He stopped eating it and all was better.

Great news! I'd be doing the happy dance too if I'd had that spectre removed from hanging over my head! :) Glad you found a gyn you like.

How in the heck did they come to realize it was something the PARTNER was eating?? That is freaky!
