How did the fast go? Are you running? Eating well???
My eating has improved 100%, so I am listing the fast as successful in getting my mind back in the proper groove.
My running schedule is not looking so good.
dw's ultrasound/Dr. visit took forever (don't they always!) and we are having dinner at my mother's today. I didn't realize about the dinner at my mother's house due to a lack of communication with dw, and I just don't have enough time to do it before dinner tonight.
So (sigh) I don't see me doing it tonight. I need to rest before FedEx. On a good note, there is no reason I can't hit it tomorrow morning and that is what I plan to do. I'll probably be looking at a schedule like this now:
Wed: 7 miles run
Thursday: 2 mile walk
Friday: 7 mile run
Saturday: Off... watching kids for dw's birthday.
Sunday: 10 mile run.
