Recycling projects

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone had any good science projets, stories or games that have to deal with recycling that I can do with my preschoolers. I am taking a child care lab class in highschool, and I can not find many recycling projects. ?( If you could please help me it would be greatly appreciated.:) I teach on May 2, 2002

If you have the same group over the summer and into the fall, a unit on seeds in great for recycling. We start some sunflower seeds indoors in the spring, plant them outside as soon as the weather cooperates, harvest them in the early fall, dry the seeds, save some to start next years flowers, use the rest to feed the birds. The kids really get a kick out of seeing a seed that does so much.
