Mother's day

Anyone have any craft ideas for something for my dck's to make for their mom's for Mother's day? Something cute and simple- if possible. Thanks! :)

Anything with their handprint on it, with their name and date. Anything with their picture on it -- like a picture frame they decorate and put their picture in. One year my son's daycare decorated votive candle holders, then gave them to the mom's along with a candle in it. Another time, they sponge painted small clay flower pots.

Last year for Father's day dks made picture frames for dh.

Paint wide popsicle/craft sticks and then glue 4 of them together to form a frame. Add a twig to the side to make a fishing pole peek out a few inches from the back. Have the kids cut out the shape of the fish, glue on a googly eye and then hang it on a string from the pole. You could take a pic of each kid and then glue it to the back. :)
