Well I made it. I consumed who knows how many gallons of water and one bottle of that hollywood fruit juice. I figured out that I had 400 calories a day. Before I started I was eating non-stop and wanting sugar and fat galore. Now I am craving a salad for breakfast. I went from 197 to 189 and the clothes do feel a bit better. I don't think its a long-term answer, but I do think it was a first good step. Kinda like the drug addict that goes through DTs. It doesn't keep them clean but it gets them clean. I'm clean and now I have to make better choices (most of the time ;) ), stop when I am full and stay out of the food when I am not hungry.

The stuff actually is pretty good. If it wasn't so expensive I would probably get it just as another beverage choice. I did pee alot but I was drinking over a gallon of water a day. They recommend 64 ounces. I actually felt better doing it because either I was eating so much that it made me tired and grouchy or the things I was eating was affecting me. I got up yesterday and cleaned the house, vacuumed, cleaned all the bathrooms, mopped, swept out the car, mowed the lawn, put together a stroller, got the kids ready for bed early and fed them and some neighbors, plus all the normal stuff of dk demands and had the kids in bed at 7:50 in time for survivor. Usually I am doing good to get a few things done. I was definitely ready to be done with it and don't plan on doing it again. Didn't feel alot of hunger either.

Here's the nutritional info on it...
One 32 fl oz bottle of the Hollywood 48 Hour Miracle Diet contains:

Total Fat 0g (0%)
Total Carbohydrates 25g (9%)

I imagine with 22 grams of sugar per serving you had a ton of energy!!!!!!!!! LOL ;)

Good for you Jeff! I know you realize it isn't a long term fix, but I applaud you for trying something new to jumpstart your engines. We all know that the only way to stay lean and mean is to exercise and eat well, but darnint... sometimes you need something to turn on the motivation!
