Anybody else can jump in here, too. I have a friend who is going to be visiting my area this week. We have tenative lunch plans. When it's just me and her she'll eat meat, but the kids are being raised vegetarian. I'd like to invite them to my house, but I don't know what to fix. Any yummy ideas that would be good for all of us?
searching my recipes for good veggi dishes for kids...that's a hard one....LOL....I'll get back to you soon on this one.....

I couldn't even imagine trying to cook vegetarian foods/meals. I'm afraid that if my dh decided to be vegetarian, he'd probably have to learn how to cook it himself because I don't think I could keep up with it. LOL :) If you don't mind my asking... (being nosey here) When you're having meat (you and the kids) do you cook a complete different meal for dh or are you all pretty much vegetarian? Has he been a vegetarian all his life or is this something that he decided for himself later on in life? I've always been interested in why/how people decide to become a vegetarian. If you don't want to answer me... I'll completely understand. Thanks!!! :)
