A friend of mine was clearing out her freezer as they are going away for 2 months and she gave me a bunch of stuff, among which were 6 boneless centre loin pork chops.
Dh won't eat any "pig" (as he refers to it, lol) whatsoever, so I rarely if ever cook pork.
Can I do them in the crock? If so, how do I cook them?
Thanks!
Send them here!!! We just grill ours. Marinade in Wishbone Italian dressing, or a mix of soy sauce, worchestershire sauce and lime.
The crock pot would probably make them very tender. You could probably do Angie's pork roast recipe too, along with the above marinades. I used applesauce today, and it really made it very moist.
I have a couple recipes one is just too easy which could be done in a crockpot. Brown the pork really well, add 2 cups water and cook for about 1 hour, then add either a can co cambells mushroom or cream of broccoli soup, a bit of garlic and beef boullion and let it simmer for an hour more. You will have a very tender pork and a veryyummy gravy. You can allso slice potatos and throw those in as well. The other recipe is a cantonese recipe it is so sweet and yummy. Its kinda like the chinese boneless pork. oh sorry cant finish this gotta run. Ill try to get back and write it today if not please email me for it.
