It's Saturday!

Good morning all!!

We are expecting a rainy day today. I'm hoping to take the kids to the Children's Museum. I hope Brichard wakes up soon. He is pretty tired because he went to the Pacer game last night and didn't get any sleep before going to work.

The rain will be a good thing since we rented a seed splitter "thingy" and seeded the lawn yesterday. I so hope we get some decent grass coming in!! I really wish we had sodded the lawn. Oh well, live and learn.

Nothing much for me. I've gotta go pick my mom up and run her on a few errands... grocery shopping being one of hem so I'll probably get my shopping done at the same time. :) It's "suppose" to rain/snow today... and we were actually suppose to wake up to it this morning but so far... nothing. It is kind of dark/gloomy out though :rolleyes: although it doesn't really feel very cold.

We fertilized our grass last weekend just before our big rain and also threw down some more seed in some bare spots. It's already starting to look so nice... with all this rain we've had, it should. LOL It's dh's goal each/every year to have the nicest looking lawn in the neighborhood... drive ME crazy. :rolleyes: I hope your lawn starts coming up real soon angie... One of the people I do daycare for built a new house last year and hasn't done anything with their lawn yet... the little boy comes covered in MUD 8o each and every morning. She's also been bringing his little bike... also full of mud. I spend between 10 to 15 minutes each morning squirting down and cleaning his bike and shoes. Of course... you know kids... they seen to gravitate towards mud. LOL It gets SO messy. 8o

I hope everyone is able to get into the IB today. I know I still can't without the link that Ann sent to me. (Thanks again Ann... :D ) If I she hadn't I'd still be locked out of here. 8o LOL

Anyway... I hope you all have a great day doing whatever it your doing. Take care...

Are things back to normal? Can people really get in here today?????????????????? Oh please..it's been so lonely!!!!

cleaning up the patio and picking up dog poop getting ready for our painting/happy hour today...think it's going to be 17 kids..this should be hysterical!!!!!!!! DD has a softball game at noon

No... not back to normal for me. I still have to use the link you sent me to get in. 8o I'm hoping nobody else is having problems. Did Renee ever make it back in? ?( It has been pretty quiet here.

SEVENTEEN kids??? Wow Ann... you're going to be a busy one today. I like the fence idea though, it sounds so cute. :) I'm sure they'll have a lot of fun. I did the dog poop thing yesterday. With the kids being here I have to pretty much do it as the dog does it but sometimes I don't get out there right away. Nothing worse than a kid stepping in dog poop. :\ :\ Ugh...

Finally, I can get back in here, I was beginning to wonder if IB was gone forever. It just through my whole day out when I couldn't come here and do my daily reading!

Morning all! Yard sales started here this morning....it was fun! :lol: I love snooping and getting bargins!

Girls are out with Montana....he and the cat got into a fight last night and Montana ended up with a bleeding nose. Maybe he will leave the tomcat alone now!
Ds is anxiously awaiting a phone call so he can go out with his cousin on the tractor to seed the fields.
Should get to my housecleaning....but the sun is shining and it is almost warm out there, so think I'll clean up the yard a bit.
Last night for Cinderella....kids are still enjoying it! They plan on taking flowers for the cast members tonight.

I hope everyone can get back into IB too. I just came in thru the link Ann passed around. Didn't even try the regular way so don't know if that works for me today or not. I see Fern made it here, so maybe it is fixed!

I spent 3 hours cleaning up the basement with the kids this morning, getting everything ready for our garage sale next week :yippee:

I stopped by my parent's house to try their computer, because I haven't been able to get in the last couple of days :( . There's is okay, but I still don't know about mine :\

Dh took the kids out....probably out buying my birthday present :)

Youngest ds is having a mock sleepover at our house tonight...he is ver excited.

I only had one dck yesterday and had plenty of time to post- but no where to post! :(

Todday's been busy dropped dd off this morning for brownie camp and she'll be back tomorrow. Ds is have a slumber party tonight with 2 of his best friends. I have 2 dck's coming today for about 8 hours. I have a ton of housework to do and the hours are quickly passing me by! I have been up since 5:45 though so I have gotten a few things done.

It's rainy and cool today. Dh and his brother are turkey hunting. Sure hope they actually get something this afternoon.

The boys have their Blue and Gold Banquet (For Scouts) tomorrow so I need to get a salad and meat dish made.

Should be working on laundry, but the dreary day just zaps my energy!
