I am starting that wonderful saggy type fat/skin on my back, kind of my ribcage area. Hope that describes it but you aren't too grossed out. What type of toning/weight exercise could I do to get it toned back up? I usually just work out with weights at home and do toning exercises. Let me know whats worked for this area. Thanks guys!!
Aerobic exercise is the only thing that will burn fat, but you can try lat pulls or some kind of rowing movement.
I was going to say rowing too. I also use the arm movements of cross-country skiing. I use 2 lb. weights and you will see results in about 4 weeks. The aerobic activity is correct too (like Ann said).
I call it the bra-strap area. LOL
