between a sofa and a couch? anyone know? just got me boggled.....?( ?( ?(

It's funny that you should ask this now because that was the topic of our conversation last night on our way back to my mom's house after visiting a bunch of furniture stores. :) In some places, it was called a sofa... while other's called it a couch. We came to the conclusion that they're the same thing... just that "sofa" sounds a little bit more classy than couch. ?? LOL

I think its along the same lines as a sub sandwich. I always called it a sub, but in Pennsylvania its a hoagie. There is another name that is used, but I forgot.

That's what they call them mainly in Lousiana, but here too.
Blimpie is a brand name.

IMHO- A sofa is something you find in a rich person's house, and a couch is in my house!!! LOLOL
Wait a minute: You are not allowed to put feet on a sofa are you?????
