Sunday dinner

Grilling some T-bones, putting some veggies in foil and tossing those on the grill, fresh strawberries and a big old salad.

we are doing boneless pork chops on the Foreman grill (did I mention I love :* that machine) cauliflower (or white brocolli as my kids call it) and fresh fruit salad....taking all the fruit in the fruit bowl and cutting it up and sprinkling it with coconut....:licklips:

I have the peppericine roast in the crockpot. I may make a potato casserole to go with it???? Have to see.

A salad and fresh watermelon!!!!

I have absolutely not a clue. I am thinking about bringing something home from the store or opening a can (yes I said a can) 8o of chicken and dumplings and adding mixed veggies.

We had Karla's creamy Italian chicken, green peas and salad. Yum, yum. I went grocery shopping Saturday and came home with a truckload of meat. Dh thought I'd lost my mind. I reminded him that I usually do try to cook more in the summer. It was time to restock the freezer. Now I just need to sit down and plan some menus.

Dh ordered a couple of pizza's since I am not feeling well. Just have no energy to cook. Even thinking of phoneing and cancelling my one dck for tomorrow.
