Upper Back Pain....

I have only been plagued with lower back pain....but this morning I awoke with tears streaming down my cheecks...:bawling: My upper back is killing me...took tylenol...didn't help....so this morning I took Motrin 800 no major organs that high, so it has to be muscle related....I can't remember straining...I did lift a box yesterday...but don't recall it being heavy....oh poop....anyone have any suggestion for relief for upper back pain....argh...I have so much to do.....whaaaaaa

thanks Ann...its on my right side, above the shoulder blade....shooting pain if I turn wrong...yikes....

I know this move is going to be the best thing for us...things are really looking up....they have a realtor looking ;) thanks again....

dh is driving out there next thursday....with his car and then flying home to help me pack and have yard sales....then we are all off...End of July...its so stressfull....and exciting....I need to stress down and not push myself so hard.....maybe 6 miles of exercise is too much a day..:(

Ow! :\ Hope the Motrin kicks in and gives you some relief!! Try not to do too much at once - things will work out and everything will all come together. :)
