We are having grilled pork chops and side dishes! LOL
Tuna casserole here. Rainy and muggy...not a great day for a bbq, which I'd much prefer.

Since DH is at work tonight the kids and I will have taco's. Dh is not a big fan of them.
Dixie Pork Chops, whipped potaotes, haven't decided on the veggie yet, and homemade bread. Dessert fellowship after church tonight.
I need to run to town and get some V-8 juice and bell peppers for the chops though.

They look good. Do they really taste like chicken? I tried a garden burger over memorial day weekend that these people buy at Sams. It wasn't bad (tried it plain) and I bet would have even been better with mayo, onions, etc. I'm trying to cut meat consumption down at my house, but I love meat to much to cut it out completely. And just a little is satisfying to me.
