ok, so sunburned and dressed, I put on my favorite capri jeans...and they are tight when I sit down...argh...you know...oh can I just unbotton them for a minute, tight....argh....this has to stop....the yo yo weight loss....I read an article about those Diet pills and the dangers of them, so no thank you....I work out, I just have no will power.....so, I am starting my willpower today....;) no more junk...no more soda and chips, no more JUNK....man I quit smoking, why can't I quit snacking...man half the time I am not even hungry....argh...anyone else having a struggle with this....I eat healthy meals...its the snacking that is killing me.....ok I guess I am just venting....anyone else care to vent about FOOD....

:lol: no, unfortunetly this is just me....;) I did start the "Pill" almost two months ago and they say that it can cause some weight gain.... mostly its me and my inability to stop eating....LOL....don't they have a FOOD patch I can buy....some over the counter WILLPOWER.....oh well..I changed into some shorts that I like and feel better about it....:rolleyes:

Renee - Hang in there! I've been bad with snacking, too, lately. Depressing when I want to wear some of my fav summer outfits and I'm not feeling great about my body! :\ When you find the miracle cure to stop snacking let me know! :D

This is where I've been today... that time of the month and feeling like a Rhino... ugh!! I HATE it when I feel like this. 8o I "look" okay... just feel fat/awful!

MM! I have a snacking suggestion. Raw fruits and veggie. leave them cut up in the fridge so they're ready to grab. This benifits you and your family in 2 ways. One. you're still snacking, two your kids see you eating healthy foods. My 2 will literally wrestle for the last piece of broccoli :-). Try dipping veggies into a fat free salad dressing. Blue cheese works for us.

thanks Ari...went to the store this morning for fresh fruit...washed and cut it up and placed most of it in ziploc bags for snacking....I agree...I just need to have more control of the JUNK...so I am not buying it anymore...;)
