Want meals to take to a mom on bedrest

A friend of mine is pregnant with her second and is on bedrest due to complications. I remember how hard it was to come up with meals that dh could fix while I was on bedrest so I'd like to take them something that they could either stick in the freezer or eat the same night. It seems that all of my ideas end up too complicated or I'm not sure if it's something they would like. Can you help me with ideas and recipes, please? Another friend just had her baby so we'll be taking them a meal or two as well. Thanks!

When I was taking classes for my Certified Nursing Assistant/Home Health Aide certification, one suggestion was to make meals and put them on glass pie plates and freeze. Then to make, just pop them into the oven like a tv dinner.

My mind has just gone to mush lately, but I seem to remember someone posting something about easy to freeze for their dh and I gave a bunch of recipes there...if you can find it! LOL :)
