ds has informed me that they only have 9 1/2 days left of school and would like to celebrate by having hot dogs and tator tots for dinner...too cute...so that's what they are having...

{I'm on the second day of my fast} ;)

We are having apricot chicken (a new recipe) and rice, corn and pie for dessert.

SOmething fairly quick and easy since DS#2 has T ball at 6.

Manicotti (quick and Easy) only because I had some frozen already so I just have to pop it into the oven.
