I'm going to put chips and salsa out for the adults at Trey's party Sunday. Ya'll share your best recipes please or I might have to open a jar!!

Just go to the grocery store and get Arriba or the fresh pico de gallo in the produce section..can't be either! LOL

It's a brand of salsa...the best!!! They also carry black bean dip, and green tomatillo salsas too.

did you have your party yet?

My dh makes the best salsa in the blender (yes, the blender)

tomatoes (3-5)
white onion (1/2- 3/4 of the onion)
jalepenos (depends on how hot you want it)
garlic (a clove)
little bit of salt
cilantro (tear of a handful of leaves)

Put it all in the bleander and blend until it's all the same consistancy. It tastes wonderful! :)

I buy my salsa too!!! I have tried to make it from scratch, but without it a recipe - well you guessed it my flavor was a little off.

Thanks for posting your recipe Jen. I will have to try that sometime.
