Hello!! :bounce:
I just started Weight Watchers again yesterday! Hope I can last more than the 3 months I did last time! The point thing is pretty easy, but it's all in my mind I guess. I'm not eating that much less, just better choices but I seem to be hungrier ?(
I plan to start exercising next week and hope to keep in touch with some of you!!!!
no more :snickers: for me!!!!!!!

I lost 45lbs on weight watchers in about a year. My dh has lost 25 lbs in two months (Jerk) lol.
My advice is go slow and easy. Figure out how many pts. are in those "fun size" snickers. Give your self a treat once in a while. Good luck and be kind to yourself. :)

In 5 more lbs, I'll be at goal. I havn't gone to WW in 3 months because I ran out of $. I lost a few lbs on my own and I've been at 130lbs give or take for the last couple months. I may go back just so I can learn maitenance. I'm still counting my points but I'm not making a real effort to lose anything right now.
I'm in a weired space with some of my family and friends. They are actually afraid I'm getting too thin. I'm only 5' 1" so I can't see how 130lbs is too thin. Losing 45 lbs on someone as small as me can make a big differance so maybe they need to get over the shock.

JeannieOR.... I am also a petite person. 4' 9" and everyone makes a big deal when my weight changes...
My thing is alsong as you feel good about yourself then don't worry about anyone else.
I want to loss like 10 lbs. right now and everyone is saying it's too much. But that's the weight that I felt my best at. I recently gained like 5 lbs. which on someone my height it shows quickly... and I'm not happy.
I also have Cerebral palsy so I need to do some strtching exersices... My walking has been clumsy. So aslong as I do the exersices I should be all good in a few weeks.
Any one have suggestions for fun stretches...I have bad balance so I can't really do aerobics.

Hey Snookkie! I'm another WW girl on the boards here!
I'm hitting a slump - I've lost 20 in 13 weeks and the excercise has really been the trick for me.
Maybe we can help each other stay motivated. :)
Welcome to IB!

Have you considered a yoga class? Can't stand yoga myself. I feel my next goal should be exercise oriented, but I'm not doing so well on that end yet. Swimming, what about swimming?

Congrats to all of your weight losses!
I went from 230 to 193 last year, but I'm back up to 203. 200 is my warning weight, so I've really been getting back in the swing. I have been eating much better and I've made it to the gym every day this week except for today.
Anyway... Good Job Weight Watchers!

I found if I start the day w/protein I last much longer until lunch. A scrambled egg and high fiber english muffin does the trick.

vae, I have a yoga tape that I love for stretching. I have scoliosis and have to stay stretched or else my hips get tight and the whole right side of my body gets tight and then I walk funny and into things. Not a good sight. But I love the yoga tape. I don't think I'd like a class thought. Like looking rediculous in private

I've lost about 15 pounds the last month on Weight Watchers. The first week I lost 6 pounds!!! I was walking at least a half an hour a night so that really helped!
Anyone have good treats that aren't too many points?
I get Reduced Fat Cinnamon Graham Cracker and you can have 8 for I think 4 points. * is alot and I usually space them out during the day.

I lost about 8-1/2 pounds last month just by planning and preparing for my dd's wedding... and it feel's great. I wasn't really trying... so that made it that much nicer/easier. :) I would like to go on and loose about another 5 to 8 pounds and that should do it for me. I find that as long as I keep myself busy... I don't eat as much and with all of the exercise I get working out in my yard it's easier to take and keep it off.
Congratulations to all of you on your weight losses... You're all doing a terrefic job and you all should be very proud of yourselves!!! :)

Congrats on the loss!
These are some of my snacks:
Tootsie Roll Pops
Orville Reddenbacher mini popcorn cakes - Caramel Crunch 6 = 1pt
Fat Free cottage cheese
Most fruits you can eat 1 C for zero to 1 pt
The BEST bread you can get is Merita, Lite Italian (looks and tastes just like white bread) I think 2 slices is 1 pt maybe 2 - then I use spray butter and sprinkle on cinnamon sugar..... yumm
For sweets, I use the chocolate graham cracker and spread fat free cool whip between two and freeze - ice cream sandwich! My dd loves them and they are only 1 pt.
The key lime pie in the TODAY'S SPECIALS flyer you should have gotten is wonderful!!
Good luck and keep checking in to keep us up to date and ask any questions. :D
