I know some are on sugar busters, weight watchers...
What diet is everyone using?

I've just been watching what and how much I eat... For breakfast I usually have a cup of coffee and a piece of toast or some kind of fresh fruit. For lunch I only eat vegetables... I LOVE vegetables... so this is pretty easy for me. A bowl of corn, pea's, green bean's... or a mixture of them all. I usually eat a regular/normal supper... but still watching how much Ieat. It probably sounds like a pretty boring diet but it fills me up and makes me feel good. I only allow myself fresh fruit for snacks. I also drink a lot of water and do a lot of walking for exercise. I've been on this one for a little over a week and have lost about 5 or 6 pounds. 8o I'm determined that by the time snow flies... I'll be able to fit back into my size 7/8 jeans again.

See food. :( At least I have an excuse not to diet now, lol. I'm not gaining to fast though, so that's a good thing. :) With the other three munchkins I've lost all pregnancy weight within a month... hopefully this one won't be any different!

I am just trying to watch what I eat and focusing on eating better in general. More fruit, less junk for snacks, etc. A big one for me was to cut Mtn Dew. I'll have a sip of dh's occasionally, but I don't open and drink my own can and that's a HUGE step for me! LOL!
Feel like I am at a standstill though lately and like I need a jump start...any suggestions???

I haven't been as strict as I usually am lately. It's hard at camp, because there is so much food available. I am usually pretty good and have a salad everyday for lunch. One of my friends at camp, brings me a tea and a muffin every morning, but I told her yesterday that starting Monday, I don't want the muffin.
I am going to try to go back towards the higher protein, lower carb way, and see if I can't lose a couple of pounds again.

Me too! And, boy did I do a great job staying on it during vacation. LOL
Sugar busting here...but have slipped alittle during our move...back to it though....feel great....:)

I'm just trying to cut out the sweets....which is hard cause dad keeps buying cookies and ice cream...I can't resist desserts.
But I've definiatly notice that I'm doing to much sweets...even my coffee is taking more sugar lately....Maybe I'll try equal again!!!!
