looking seriously at where we would like to live but we have a least here for 1 year and the school year ends July 1 so...we will take our time....seriously and halfheartly :)

Great news. That's got to be a relief. I know when we put our first house up for sale, it was only on the market 3 weeks. We felt great about it, but then had to do some serious house hunting for the house we're in now.
