Hola!!! I survived! The surgery lasted 2 hours, and he had to make an extra incision, but everything should be fixed now! woo hoo! Still in pain, but it's not nearly as bad as the last knee surgery I had. I have this nifty little pain pump inserted into my knee that delivers local anesthetic. It's too cool! I think that's part of the reason it's not hurting as badly. Don't get me wrong, it still hurts like the dickens! And I didn't sleep at all last night, but it's much better today. My recovery nurse was a monster! I'll tell that story a little later... time for a nap-nap!!! I'm definitley pushing for being off 6 weeks!!! A girl could get used to this!! :lol:

Glad it's over and the pain is at least tolerable.... hope you get some sleep tonight. :)

I knew they couldn't keep you down!! I'm glad the surgery went well, and that the meds are helping. Get a little sleep--then come back and post!!

Amy, I'm glad that the surgery is over and went well. Make sure you listen to the doctors and take it easy...and enjoy the pain pump ;)
