Did everyone set their clocks forward one hour last night for Daylight Savings Time?

I forgot but changed them all this morning... LOL I slept in a lot longer/later than I usually do anyway, so I don't really feel as if I lost an hour. It will also be nice to have that extra hour of day light in the evening!!! :)

Changed them all before we went to bed last night.
 I think they should 'spring ahead' the middle of a Friday afternoon and make the weekend come quicker.

What a GREAT idea  Ryleigh... wouldn't that be GREAT? :) LOL That last hour of work every Friday seems to take forever... and all the kids start getting all wiggly :wiggle: and impatient. We'll have to remember that for next year. LOL

Great Idea, Ryleigh!! :)

My sis and her family stayed over last night and we were up until 3! :crazyroll We had a lot of fun and ate lots of food. :licklips: One of my nephews doesn't have school tomorrow so he is spending another night and we will take him home tomorrow evening. He is 6 and ds is having a blast with him!

This is the first time I completely missed the time change and I think it's a sign of how brain-dead I am becoming with just one dd!

We arrived at church just in time for 11:00 Mass, found a good seat, and then I wondered why they were reading the announcements and the priest was saying "The Mass is ended..."! I even asked the man behind me if they changed the times due to a special event, he just looked at me and said "No...it's the time change this weekend." His wife snapped at me "It was in the papers, the radio, and on the TV"! Well, we don't watch TV, my dd hates the radio on in the car, and I missed it in the paper.

And this was the morning I decided to take my dd and not put her in the nursery. She probably thinks it's great...a three minute Mass!!!

Oh well, I feel completely out of it. Before having my dd and moving here, I was so up on what was happening around me...

Ok, now I am on central time instead of eastern time. I think it is more confusing not to change!!

I was oblivious, too, until my mom mentioned it on the phone last night at TEN! She said, "Don't forget to set your clocks ahead." I was like, "What? For what?" DUH! Then, I actually thought she was joking and asked dh, bil, sis, etc. :o I have never done this before, but we don't get the paper, I hadn't watched much tv the past few days and hadn't had the radio on...I know, excuses excuses! LOL! Ugh! So, just wanted to let you know you weren't the only one! :)

:yippee: Great idea. I love it and it makes more sense than doing it at the official changing time (2:00 in the morning). Whose idea was that? Anyway, I started changing mine about 3:00 in the afternoon, then had to keep reminding everybody that I had already changed them so they wouldn't get changed twice.
