I am planning my sons 2nd birthday party and he really likes Jay Jay the Jetplane. So I was looking for ideas on centerpieces and goodie bags, and maybe if anyone knew how to make those airplane wings out of cardboard that the children wear on their backs to look like they are airplanes. I have some ideas like what kind of decorations and invitations I would have to make. Any suggestions and ideas are greatly appreciated!! Thank you in advance.
We are using a transportation themed party and I have seen a few things that could be of use. Oriental Trading has great toys for goodie bags. We ordered some plain wooden vehicles and they are too cute. We are also using construction tape to rope off his gift opening area with construction cones. You could rope it off like a runway. If you get someone to dress as an air traffic controller that would also be cute. Jay Jay is so cute I am sure that are plenty of ideas out there. Try these links...

The USAF is all over Florida. They have jet planes everywhere parked at parks even with picnic tables you can enter the airplane and kids can play in it at parks. Kennedy Space Center has the space shuttle families can go into and walk around in one big plane. Its free this one.
