View Full Version : Anyone else moving around?

ok, so its been over a month for me of "working out" I have been running around and lifting and bending for a month or two...so that has seemed to help...I got on my machine today for 2 miles...it felt great...20 minutes today...I'll work back up to 30-40 gradually....

Got my food intake in check finally after a month of being lazy and careless....this last week I was fabu...made good food choice at every meal...and even did lots of fruit as snacks....:)

how is everyone else plugging along....I know we all get sidetracked...but its good to hear others are doing it....

I read Ann's Monday post about jumping on her tredmill and said to myself...I have time...just do it....excuses always slow me down...:)

I was doing so well and then ever since the fair I have slacked with my eating habits. :\ I need to get back into my better habits so I can at least maintain this weight. I lost 10 pounds and I refuse to let it slip back on. :nervous:

I hopped on the treadmill this am for 30 min. I keep forgetting how much better I feel after I am done. Once the weather gets cooler at night, I hope to do it twice a day.

Eating habits are bad! LOL I did use the diary, but felt like cheating so I stopeed doing it so I wouldn't feel guilty! lol

It would be much better for my self-esteem if I got my period and loose the water weight and the feeling of wanting to eat all the time!

Moving.... not much.
Maintaining... yes. :)
Have not excercised in two weeks - slug. And feel it.
I have, however, kept the lbs. in check. Hovering around this 20-21 lb. loss.
I'm ready to kick-start again and get back in my routine and knock off another 10-20 lbs.

Haven't been exercising regularly :\ because I was too busy with camp this summer.

Gotta get motivated to get back on the treadmill :rolleyes:
