I am putting a roast in the crockpot and making hot beef sandwiches out of it, ceasar salad, jello and who knows what else I'll come up with. LOL!

Dd has her first soccer practice tonight and we won't get home until almost 7 PM.

Well I managed to put the stew on..I tsmells so good right now..Think I might make a caesar salad with it and of course dumplings.

Leftover lasagna, and then I made a zuchinni "lasagna" to go on the side. Also having a big tossed salad.

We had grilled chicken breast sliced into a tossed salad, with fruit salad. It was very good with no cleanup!:D

Only the girls and me, so they wanted macaroni and cheese whiz....whatever! :lol: I had some KD and a cucumber sandwich.
The girls had pears for dessert.
